現(xiàn)任美國佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)沃靈頓商學(xué)院終身教授及John B. Higdon 杰出講座教授，2011-2014年任佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)信息系統(tǒng)與運營管理系(Information System and Operation Management)系主任，研究方向為電子商務(wù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)對軟件開發(fā)和營銷的影響、信息系統(tǒng)政策問題等方面。申請人在關(guān)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中立性和軟件開發(fā)策略方面的研究成果具有開創(chuàng)性意義，尤其有關(guān)軟件盜版原因發(fā)表的一系列研究成果為企業(yè)倫理管理做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。
