Tianyu Zhang簡(jiǎn)介：

Tianyu Zhang,香港科技大學(xué)博士，香港中文大學(xué)商學(xué)院教授, 香港中文大學(xué)公司治理研究中心主任，擅長(zhǎng)利用文本分析進(jìn)行會(huì)計(jì)和金融方面研究。在TheAccounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Research, Journal of Accountingand Economics, Journal finance, Contemporary Accounting Research等國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊上發(fā)表論文十?dāng)?shù)篇，同時(shí)長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Research, Journalof Accounting and Economics, Journal finance, Contemporary Accounting Research等期刊審稿人。Tianyu Zhang教授的研究興趣主要包括文本分析、公司治理，資本市場(chǎng)和稅。
