Zhifeng Yang教授簡(jiǎn)介：

Zhifeng Yang is a professor in The State University of New York at Stony Brook, he is an associate editor of China Journal of Accounting Research and he is a member of the editorial board of China Journal of Accounting Studies. He has published many papers in top journals, such as The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies, etc.

講座內(nèi)容：

工傷事故給企業(yè)、職工家庭和整個(gè)社會(huì)都帶來(lái)很大代價(jià)，是影響企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任業(yè)績(jī)的重要因素?，F(xiàn)有會(huì)計(jì)和財(cái)務(wù)文獻(xiàn)主要研究公司的資源和業(yè)績(jī)壓力對(duì)工傷事故發(fā)生率的影響。本文研究公司內(nèi)部治理、也就是總部對(duì)工廠(chǎng)的監(jiān)督與指導(dǎo)，對(duì)工廠(chǎng)工傷事故的影響。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)總部到工廠(chǎng)的旅行時(shí)間縮短之后，工廠(chǎng)的事故發(fā)生率就會(huì)顯著下降。這是因?yàn)楫?dāng)總部管理人員能更方便快捷地到工廠(chǎng)后，他們可以獲取更多有關(guān)工廠(chǎng)狀況的信息，從而加強(qiáng)總部對(duì)工廠(chǎng)的治理。具體地說(shuō)，當(dāng)總部對(duì)工廠(chǎng)實(shí)際情況了解更多之后，總部能夠及時(shí)監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)工廠(chǎng)人員進(jìn)行安全生產(chǎn)、適當(dāng)調(diào)配資源以加大對(duì)工廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)安全方面的投資以及根據(jù)工廠(chǎng)實(shí)際情況來(lái)設(shè)立合理的業(yè)績(jī)要求，從而降低了工廠(chǎng)的工傷事故發(fā)生率。
